Aims of the collaboration
- To enhance collaboration between the Parkes Institute (Southampton) and the Crown Family Center Northwestern)
- To conduct an interdisciplinary research project on the topic of espionage and exile.
- To publish a co-edited essay collection based on a series of seminars and symposia at both institutions
Fellowship activities in 2015
Professor Lassner made her first Fellowship visit to the University of Southampton in March 2015. Activities included:
- Visit to the Parkes Centre for Jewish Relations and tour of the archives
- Writers in Conversation event, 16 March
- Espionage and Exile Symposium, 18 March
- MA workshop on spy fictions
- Lifelong Learning Day on Jewish / non-Jewish relations, 22 March
