Over the phone
Our box office team are available for sales and enquiries from 10.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 12.00pm to 5.30pm on Saturday. They are not open on Bank Holidays.
On the day of a performance, Monday to Saturday, our phone lines are open until the performance starts.
The box office will be closed Tuesday 2 July for staff training.
In person
Our box office at MAST Mayflower Studios is open from 10.00am to 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday, and from 12.00pm to 5.30pm on Saturday. If there is a performance, it is open until the show starts. The box office is open on a Sunday or Monday only when there is a performance on. It opens one hour before the show starts.
The box office at MAST Mayflower Studios will be closed during Southampton Summer Sessions, 26 – 29 June.
The box office at MAST Mayflower Studios will be closed Tuesday 2 July for staff training.
The box office at Mayflower Theatre in the foyer is only open one hour before a performance.
Please note that both venues are cashless and only accept card payments.
