Dr Booker Ogutu is currently a Lecturer in Remote Sensing within the School of Geography and Environmental Science. His research interests lie in the exploitation and application of Earth Observation data to understand terrestrial ecosystem characteristics and their dynamics. He is particularly interested in the effects of environmental change on vegetation dynamics and their impact on the global carbon balance.
